How to cancel an Amazon subscription (Prime Video channels, Kindle Unlimited and more)
Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions, select Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls. Prime is cancelled separately.
To cancel an Amazon subscription, go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions, find the subscription, select Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls. Prime membership and Subscribe & Save have their own cancel flows, covered below.
Cancel a digital subscription (Prime Video channels, Kindle Unlimited, Audible and others)
- Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions and sign in.
- Find the subscription in the list. It shows the renewal date and price.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls.
For some digital subscriptions you can also switch Auto-Renew off on the same page, which stops the next charge or ends a free trial before it bills.
Cancel Amazon Prime
Prime is managed from Manage Prime. Choose to end your membership and follow the confirmation screens; Amazon will show several offers before the final cancel button.
Cancel Subscribe & Save
- Open Subscribe & Save from your account and select the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the product, or Edit.
- Select Cancel subscription, then confirm.
đź’ˇ A Prime Video channel (like a premium movie channel) is a separate subscription from Prime. Cancelling Prime does not necessarily cancel the channels; check Your Memberships and Subscriptions for each one.
