How to cancel a Hims subscription (app or website)
To cancel Hims: Subscriptions, Additional Options, Manage Subscription, Discontinue plan, Cancel Subscription. Do it 48 hours before your next order.
To cancel a Hims subscription, open Subscriptions in the app or on hims.com, choose the plan, go to Additional Options, then Manage subscription, then Discontinue plan, then Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts. Do it at least 48 hours before your next order date so the next shipment doesn't process.
Cancel in the Hims (or Hers) app
- Open the app and log in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right of the home screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Below the subscription you want to end, select Additional Options, then Manage Subscription.
- Select Discontinue plan, then Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to finish.
Cancel on the website
- Log in at hims.com (or forhers.com).
- Click the Subscriptions tab in the top menu.
- Next to the subscription, click Manage.
- Under Get help, click Additional Options, then Manage subscription.
- Click Discontinue plan, then Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.
Things to know before you cancel
- Timing: cancel at least 48 hours before the next order date shown in your account.
- Orders already in motion: cancelling doesn't stop an order that's already processing or shipped.
- More than one plan? Repeat the steps for each subscription.
- Memberships are separate. A weight loss membership has its own cancel flow in Hims support.
- Just want a break? You can change your next order date, or turn off auto-renew under Subscriptions, Manage, Additional Options, Adjust my plan.
