How to cancel eHarmony (turn off auto-renewal)
To cancel eHarmony: log in, open the menu by your photo, Data & Settings, turn off auto-renewal. Deleting your account mid-term needs Customer Care.
To cancel eHarmony, log in, click the dropdown menu next to your photo at the top right, open Data & Settings, and turn off auto-renewal. That's eHarmony's cancel: your Premium Membership runs to the end of the term you paid for and doesn't renew.
Cancel eHarmony on the website
- Log in to your eHarmony account.
- Click the dropdown menu at the top right, next to your picture.
- Click Data & Settings.
- Find your membership details (term length and purchase date) and turn off the auto-renewal.
Check the same page afterward to confirm auto-renewal shows as off.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
If you paid inside the eHarmony app, Apple or Google bills you. Turn it off there: see cancelling an Apple subscription or a Google Play subscription.
Cancel vs delete your account
Turning off auto-renewal stops billing but keeps your profile. To delete the account while a subscription is still running, eHarmony says you need to contact its Customer Care team, which is available 24/7.
💡 Dating apps usually sell 6- or 12-month terms, so the renewal is a big one-time charge, not a small monthly line. Turn auto-renewal off the day you buy if you don't want it to roll over.
Find the other renewals before they hit
impause connects to your bank and cards, finds every recurring charge (including annual ones that only show up once a year), flags what you haven't used, and cancels them when you tap approve. See the app that cancels subscriptions for you, or our full guide on how to cancel subscriptions.

How do I check if my eHarmony subscription is cancelled?
Go to Data & Settings. It shows your term, purchase date and auto-renewal status.
Can I delete my eHarmony account instead?
Yes, but if you're mid-subscription you'll need to contact Customer Care to start the deletion.
